David M. Frees III is Chairman of the Trust, Estates, and Wealth Preservation section of Unruh, Turner, Burke and Frees.

His practice has always focused on putting the clients' interests first.  He wants to know what the client wants in the areas of trust and estate planning, asset protection, tax planning, and protection from divorce and litigation for you children, spouse, and heirs. And, if you are an executor or trustee, David wants you to know that he and his team have focused their process and procedures to protect you and to complete the trust or estaet tasks as quickly and efficiently as possible.  In fact, David's team has over 62 years of experience in the areas of trust and esate administration and estaet, tax, and asset protection planning.  They have also invested hundreds of thousands of dollars intraining and software and hardware designed to help you to save time and money.

The practice is also family focused and David has developed a Family, Friends and Loved Ones Plan (TM) for clients who want to make sure that their childdren and grandchildren also do the necessary planning to protect themselves and their inheritancs from lawsuits, taxation, and divorce.

All planning is done on a flat fee basis and your initial consultation is at no charge if you decide not to proceed.  However, clients often book appointments with David up to six weeks in advance to ensure that they get his advice.  And before you have hire David or the firm you will be quoted a set fee.  There is simply no risk to the client.
