Mistake Number Eight: Getting Help Too Late
The eighth mistake is getting help too late. If you have been an executor already you know that it can be a time consuming, emotinally draining, and trying experience without help. If you have not been an executor all the more reason to get help. The main reason to have accounting and legal help is to limit your liability exposure.
