Congress Is Moving Toward Eliination of Short Term GRATs
Congress Moves Closer To Eliminating Short Term GRATsBy: David M. Frees III, Esquire
The use of short term GRATs has helped many families to transfer assets to the next gneration while maintaining use of the assets and avoiding gift taxes.
