Mistake Number Five: Failing To Get The Early Payment Discount For Inheritance Taxes
The fifth mistake Executors make is either failing to pay the Inheritance Tax early or actually paying it early. Paying the Inheritance Tax early can mean a discount depending on your specific situation. This mistake is similar to someone who buys something on sale just because it is on sale not because they need it.
