There are many requirements that go along with the  Probate process. A mistake Pennsylvania Executors make is not being aware of all of the requirements, notices, certifications, and advertising of probate. In probate all benificiaries must  recieve a copy of the will or notifcation that the will is in probate. Probate can be a simple process. Make sure you know all the requirements and keep your benificiaries informed.
