Discover the Possibilities

The first step is designed to help us understand your current situation and priorities. This stage includes two components:

Estate Planning Questionnaire

This detailed summary is completed and returned to the office prior to your appointment

Discovery Session

Meeting with your attorney to discuss your goals and any concerns regarding your family and your community/ causes to be included in your planning

Finalize your Plan

The next step involves preparing the legal documents based on our understanding of your goals and issues. This stage also includes two components:

Your Review

Drafts of your customized paperwork will be available to inspect prior to the next meeting

Session With Attorney

Meeting with your attorney to discuss how recommended strategies fulfill your objectives and answer all your questions

Make it Happen

The third step puts your program in place and has two distinct parts:

Formal Execution

Signing your documents in the presence of a notary and two witnesses. Your original documents will be made available electronically in your secure client portal and provided to you or kept in our safe

Asset Modification

Instructions will be provided to change beneficiary designations to coordinate with your plan, change ownership of specific belongings and fund required trusts, as necessary

Review and Update

Plan to review your documents as your situation or priorities change. We are always available to alter any part of your plan when you experience life changes. We will inform you of any modifications in the law which may require updates.
