Pennsylvania family farmers are concerned about the federal estate tax.  State and federal death taxes often make it very hard for family farms to pass from one generation to another since the tax burden is so high.  Congress is expected to act on this issue soon and many ranchers and those in the agricultural industry have strong views.  For more on the death tax and family farms click here.
